I am also a Kinesiologist and practitioner of Deep Tissue Treatment, Energy Balancing, Chakra Massage, and Japanese Massage. Since 1999, I have been living and working in Nerja, where I fell in love with the beauty of the Mediterranean Costa del Sol, the sea, mountains, and blue skies.
From 2000, I worked with Life Adventure, our family-run outdoor adventure company. In 2019, I founded my own company, Yogadventure, where I began working full-time, offering both therapeutic treatments and teaching as a licensed Hatha Yoga teacher. I have been practising yoga for over 30 years, and together with my Taiji Qigong training, it has played an instrumental role in my personal development and spiritual growth.
Learning to balance the demands of being a mother of four, combining family life with work commitments, and still finding time for myself, led me to develop tools and skills to truly enjoy life. These skills help maintain a peaceful mind, strong body, and harmonious attitude toward life’s challenges.
The life experiences that shaped them, including the transformations brought about by the COVID period, inspired me to write my book, “From Worrier to Warrior, on the spiritual path of joy”. It is a practical guide showing how you, by yourself, can improve your life in all aspects.
I have a salon in the center of Nerja, Yogadventure Massage, where I offer a variety of therapeutic treatments: Swedish Classical Massage, Deep Tissue / Fascia Massage, Chakra Massage, Energy Balancing, Kinesiology, and Japanese Massage. At the end of each session, I always share self-help techniques so my clients can continue caring for themselves at home. While seeking professional help on special occasions is important, what truly matters is what you do for yourself every day. Inspiring people to help themselves is my true passion.
In addition to my salon work, I teach Taiji Qigong and Hatha Yoga, and I offer personalized wellness programs thoughtfully crafted to support your unique journey. My mission is to make self-care and inner transformation simple, intuitive, and accessible. Through mindful movement, breath, and awareness, you learn to nurture your body and mind, reconnect with your Higher Self, and cultivate the energy that creates harmony, clarity, and a radiant sense of vitality from within.
During life’s heaviest moments, these ancient techniques have been my anchor. They have guided me through the storms, shown me the way, and opened the door to creativity and inner peace.
