I offer both private and group sessions, available online or in person. Each program can be tailored to your needs, blending ancient practices with modern life tools and simple self-help techniques to support your well-being.
There are many natural ways to ease stress, release tension, strengthen weaker areas, and create positive shifts in your daily life. The aim is to cultivate habits that bring more balance, vitality, and happiness into every day.


I especially recommend the Taiji Qigong class for those on a recovery journey or anyone wishing to enhance their energy, release blockages, and ease stiffness in the ligaments, tendons, and joints.
Each session includes powerful activation and balancing of the Dan Tian (energy centres), guided work on energy flow through the meridians, and exercises that support both muscular and organ function. Drawing on the Yin and Yang theory of duality, each class combines both active and passive practices, flowing into a restorative meditation.
All techniques are rooted in Ancient Traditional Chinese Medicine, thoughtfully adapted to bring harmony, vitality, and ease into your body and daily life.

Hua Tuo
The ideal morning routine to energize your body, harmonize your energy centres, and stimulate your inner organs.

Hunyuan
An internal Qigong practice featuring simple yet powerful breathing exercises paired with circular arm movements. It draws in the energy of nature, channels it into your middle Dantian (energy centre), and harmonizes it with your body’s vital energy, promoting balance and well-being.

Chansengong
An external Qigong practice that frees blockages in the joints, tendons, and connective tissues, enabling energy to flow and laying the foundation for true muscular power.
Baduanjin, The 8 Silk Brocades
Explore eight timeless Qigong exercises, brought to the world by General Yu Fei. These gentle yet powerful movements combine both physical practice and mindfulness to improve strength, agility, and concentration.

Tuina Massage
Rejuvenate through Tuina massage, a Qigong-based practice that harmonizes your body’s energy. Through gentle tapping and rubbing along acupuncture points and meridians, you awaken stagnant areas, release tension, and restore a soothing sense of balance and vitality. This mindful practice helps you reconnect with your body, replenish your energy, and cultivate ease in your life.


Hatha Yoga (90 minutes)

This class is ideal for anyone wishing to experience the richness of traditional practice, including meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques), Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), and classical asanas (postures).
The practice can also be adapted into a 1-hour session focused on specific elements of yoga. There are endless variations, tailored to your individual needs and goals.
If your goal is to improve flexibility, Yin Yoga is an excellent choice. Through slow movements, long-held stretches, and mindful breathing, this practice releases the fascia, the body’s deep connective tissue, helping your body regain balance, ease, and harmony.
There are also various breathing exercises (Pranayamas) that greatly enhance mindfulness practice. When combined with meditation, they help you anchor in your body and open to your Higher Self, while supporting intention-setting and visualization practices for personal growth.
For those who may have limited hip or knee mobility, Chair Yoga is a wonderful option. It allows you to enjoy the benefits of yoga without the need to bend, get up, or move on the floor, making the practice accessible and supportive for all bodies. 
Ashtanga Yoga – The Full Flow
For those seeking a dynamic and energizing practice, Ashtanga Yoga offers a continuous flow of postures that build strength, flexibility, and focus. This style links breath with movement, creating a moving meditation that revitalises the body, sharpens the mind, and promotes overall balance and well-being.

Workshop: “From Worrier to Warrior, On the Spiritual Path of Joy”
Through soul searching, meditation, and the use of hand codes, you will reprogram the subconscious mind and introduce a new mindset, one that inspires action and creates a positive chain reaction, leading to the manifestation of what you truly desire.

If you have a group of at least 12 people, we can offer a customized multi-day program that includes Yoga, Taiji, and Qigong sessions.

ABOUT ME

I’m Donna Berg, a certified massage therapist since 1995, when I graduated from Axelson’s Academy in Stockholm, Sweden.

I am also a Kinesiologist and practitioner of Deep Tissue Treatment, Energy Balancing, Chakra Massage, and Japanese Massage. Since 1999, I have been living and working in Nerja, where I fell in love with the beauty of the Mediterranean Costa del Sol, the sea, mountains, and blue skies.

From 2000, I worked with Life Adventure, our family-run outdoor adventure company. In 2019, I founded my own company, Yogadventure, where I began working full-time, offering both therapeutic treatments and teaching as a licensed Hatha Yoga teacher. I have been practising yoga for over 30 years, and together with my Taiji Qigong training, it has played an instrumental role in my personal development and spiritual growth.

Learning to balance the demands of being a mother of four, combining family life with work commitments, and still finding time for myself, led me to develop tools and skills to truly enjoy life. These skills help maintain a peaceful mind, strong body, and harmonious attitude toward life’s challenges.

The life experiences that shaped them, including the transformations brought about by the COVID period, inspired me to write my book, “From Worrier to Warrior, on the spiritual path of joy”. It is a practical guide showing how you, by yourself, can improve your life in all aspects.

I have a salon in the center of Nerja, Yogadventure Massage, where I offer a variety of therapeutic treatments: Swedish Classical Massage, Deep Tissue / Fascia Massage, Chakra Massage, Energy Balancing, Kinesiology, and Japanese Massage. At the end of each session, I always share self-help techniques so my clients can continue caring for themselves at home. While seeking professional help on special occasions is important, what truly matters is what you do for yourself every day. Inspiring people to help themselves is my true passion.

In addition to my salon work, I teach Taiji Qigong and Hatha Yoga, and I offer personalized wellness programs thoughtfully crafted to support your unique journey. My mission is to make self-care and inner transformation simple, intuitive, and accessible. Through mindful movement, breath, and awareness, you learn to nurture your body and mind, reconnect with your Higher Self, and cultivate the energy that creates harmony, clarity, and a radiant sense of vitality from within.

During life’s heaviest moments, these ancient techniques have been my anchor. They have guided me through the storms, shown me the way, and opened the door to creativity and inner peace.
